CILQUE® Product Care
Hand or machine wash separately in cold water using a gentle detergent. If using the washing machine use a delicates wash bag for pillowcases and accessories for extra care. Tumble dry only on LOW HEAT setting or shake out after the wash and lay flat to dry. Dry clean. Iron on low heat setting. Steam. DO NOT use bleach.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders in Canada over $50. Every item is shipped same day or the next business day of payment. We ship with either UPS, FedEx or expedited with Canada Post and you will receive a tracking number at the time the order is shipped. You can select different shipping options at checkout. Once an order is placed you cannot make an address change.OUR RETURN POLICY
We stand behind our products and if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and the item is unused, we offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of the product. Sale items and face masks are non refundable. In order to meet health regulations, returned products must be unused, unopened, unwashed and in the same new condition it was sent in.
