Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Why silk: what will I actually notice?

Silk’s smooth surface creates far less friction than cotton, so you wake with fewer sleep creases, less hair breakage and frizz, and skin that holds its moisture overnight.

What makes CILQUE silk different?

CILQUE is a Canadian silk brand founded in 2010 that has served thousands of customers across Canada and the United States. Every piece is 22-momme, 100% long-fibre mulberry silk (prized for its weight, durability and luminous finish), independently OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified for harmful substances.

How do I care for my silk?

Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle inside a mesh bag with a silk-safe detergent, then hang or lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. Avoid bleach, fabric softener and the dryer.

When will my order arrive, and do you ship to the US?

Orders ship from Canada within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping is complimentary on orders of $100 CAD or more to Canada and the United States, and we also ship internationally by tracked courier; delivery times and duties vary by destination. You’ll receive tracking the moment your parcel is on its way.

What is your return policy?

If something isn’t right, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Unused items in original, unwashed condition with tags attached are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Sale items are final sale.
